Hello everyone! before we discuss how to make a game in educandy we know first the meaning of Educandy. Educandy is a web based application that has the slogan is "making learning sweeter". This game can be made on pc, laptop and mobile phone. This interactive game can bring fun to teachers and students if applied in learning.
The game can be played simply by sharing the link with students. And also can be given to students either during the learning process in the classroom or when carrying out online learning with students at home. So it’s very flexible.
Okay here's the step to make Educandy game :
1. First go to the browser and type www.educandy.com . Then it will show the homepage, as shown below.
2. Then click 'sign in'
if you already have an account.
3. Next enter your username or email address, then enter your
password. Then click 'log in'.
4. Okay will appear as shown below. there are three choices of
educandy game types namely words, matching pairs and quiz questions. This time
we will try to create matching pairs game. Then click.
5. Enter 'activity name' such as 'test'. then enter 'activity subject' such as 'country and capitals'. Click 'create'.
6. You can fill in the first word in 'word(or question)' example of
country name 'Indonesia' and second word in 'match(or answer)' example
'Jakarta' because it's the capital of Indonesia, then click 'add pair'.
7. The question we fill in will automatically appear in the
'current pairs'. make a question at least 9. After this you scroll down like
the following view and you can click on one of the games to try to play the
game you have created. There are 5 game options: multiple choice, noughts &
crosses, crosswords, match-up, and memory. Example click 'noughts & crosses'.
8. After that if you want to share the game copy link 'share
tesr activity' to students. then share the game code as well. copy 'embed test
activity' If you want to embed this game on the blog. and fill in 'add activity
details(optional)' to add the instructions.
